Return window
You can ask to return a piece within 7 days of delivery. Write to hello@tenthousandturns.art with your order number.
If it isn't right for you
If you change your mind or the size doesn't suit you, you can send the piece back at your own cost.
- Returns go to our address in China. We send you the address when you write to us.
- Postage for a small parcel from the US to China is usually about $15–30 with USPS. Please use a tracked service.
- We refund only after the piece has reached us and we have confirmed it is undamaged. You then get back the full price you paid for it. Shipping was free, so nothing else is deducted.
If it arrives damaged, wrong or clearly not as described
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will refund you or send a replacement, and you don't need to send the piece back.
Natural variation
Wood, seeds, walnuts and jade are natural materials. Grain, colour, flecks and small markings vary from piece to piece and are not defects. Unless a listing says it shows the exact piece, the photos show a representative example.
Exchanges
We don't exchange pieces directly. To change a size or grade, return the piece and place a new order.
Refunds
- For a piece you send back: we refund within 3 business days of it reaching us, once we have confirmed it is undamaged. We don't refund before the piece arrives.
- For a damaged, wrong or not-as-described piece: we refund within 3 business days of agreeing your claim from the photos.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
