Beads of about 17 mm carved from monkey head walnut shell into plump peach shapes and polished to a glossy finish. The maker describes the shell as dense and oily and states there is no artificial treatment.

After drilling, monkey head walnut can show darker oily marks in spots, lines or patches. This is normal for the material.
